Fortunate today, SL tactic gods were on my side as I probably didn't deserve to win that game.

Both of us left in the FL Cup as well ;)

Another day at the office for the top two teams, The Seg and Dannie's Livermark. The Seg had an impressive 4-0 win against Sporting Messi, seemingly taking the game at a canter. Livermark, again showing their class with a 3-0 win. ;) 8) Harricam came a little unstuck with a 0-0 draw against the Betty Swollocks XI. Harricam seemed to control the game, but failed to get that all important goal. The Rumour Mill drew 2-2 with The REAL Madrid. The "Mill" had the possession stats but relied upon an 85 minute equaliser to secure the draw and grab a point.

Still plenty to play for, I haven't played a few of the top teams yet - got a tough run of fixtures after tomorrow's game. Interesting to see what the table's like after 15 games.

What a difference a day makes. The Seg has a clear four point lead. The next three Teams all have twenty points, Livermark, The Rumour Mill, and Harricam. Only goal difference separates them. Subgenius, are only two points behind in 5th. So it is tight at the top of FL3. :o :P

Now, the top four Versus the top five, are as follows, The Seg have played one other top five team. Livermark have also played one other top five team. The Rumour Mill, and Harricam have both played two of the top five teams, including a game against each other. The common bond is that the top four have all played Subgenius. Therefore only one game has been played between the top four teams against each other. So we can only surmise that the next six games, to the halfway point in the division will not only be exciting but critical.

Footnote:This was Dannie's first defeat of the season for Livermark. 8)

Headlines, headlines, everywhere. :) There another headline, :D and quick there's another. ;) The Seg picked up an important win today against White Hart Lane. Maintaining a four point lead at the top of the FL3 table. Both Livermark and Harricam came unstuck against White Hart Lane both recording draws.

The rest of the top five teams all recorded victories today, so the status quo is maintained. Goal difference changed slightly but not enough to effect 2nd-4th places. 8)

Great write-up ag as always.

Looks like most of the top five (exception of Subgenius) have got to play most of their rivals in the next few games, will be interesting to see how the table looks in 5 games.

The Seg have maintained their 4 point lead at the top of FL3. A commanding display, over Crystal City, suitably executed by their Manager bold enough to use his three substitutes on the 15th minute mark. :o The Rumour Mill move into 2nd place, courtesy of a 3-1 win over FC. Basel. It was a walk in the park exclaimed The "Mills" Manager as he searched for his dog amongst the tree's. ;) Livermark and Harricam played out a 1-1 draw. "It's tough at the top" said Ag, the Harricam Manager, that's why we try and relax in fourth, smiling, with a sheepish grin. Once again it has been difficult to establish the Danish satellite link. We may consider morse code to get an interview with the elusive Dannie. In 5th place Subgenius suffered a 0-2 defeat to Red Devils Utd. The Subgenius Manager was heard to mutter under his breath, sugar butties, before the formal post  match interview. 8)

The Seg were defeated by The Rumour Mill, 1-2. The score seemed a fair reflection of the talent on offer and the pattern of the game. The Seg remain on top of the pile, just one point above The Rumour Mill. Livermark played a tactical masterpiece of a game to take all 3 points against The REAL Madrid. Livermark are in 3rd place, three points off the top. Harricam have gone on  a run of four draws on the bounce. Although they remain fourth they are now five points behind first place. Ominously the Teams in 5th and 6th are taking closer order. Subgenius had a stunning 5-0 win v Sporting Messi to move within a point of Harricam. Red Devils United, drew with Harricam today and are now three points behind Subgenius.

Do FL3 Managers think these write up's raise their interest in the competition? 8)

The Seg took a hard fought top of the table game by two goals to nil v Livermark  They have a three point lead over second placed The Rumour Mill. Speaking of The "Mill," their draw took them into 2nd place today. A hard fought draw with White Hart Lane. Cruising into third place moves Harricam. It was nothing really, exclaimed the Manager, Ag, I was in the bar discussing tactics, and my assistant turned up and said we had won, before I could employ the tactics. There is a message in there somewhere.

Subgenius stay in 5th place but move level with Livermark, in fourth on points. Red Devils Utd win to maintain their place in sixth. 8)

I'm sure you will win the fixture. Harricam players seem to believe they are playing The Sith. No, I said, The Seg. Next question, "Is Vader playing?"  ;) 8)

The Seg are top of the table by 2 points. They lost to Harricam despite having more shots than their opponents. Harricam's manager is unavailable to comment. He has been  advised to sit near a mains socket in case he needs a recharge. His adviser, Kylie, who is the Manager's Psycho Analytical Massuer was going to take the after game press conference. It was a riot, but not much information. Once she got up on the table and started with "Aggy baby, slip a Sable under the tree, for me. Aggy baby hurry down the chimney tonight." It was time to leave, but after the song finished of course, out of politeness. The real time to leave was when the whiskey started to flow like mud.

The "Mill" stayed in second place after an under pressure draw with Red Devils Utd. Livermark had a commanding win over Crystal City. Although in 4th, they are only 3 points off the top of FL3. Subgenius lost 0-1 today. They remain 6 points off the top of the table. Now, 8 points seperate 6th and 1st place. Tomorrow is the halfway point in the league ;) :o 8)

The Seg are still top of the table, after a 1-1 draw today. Their first draw of the season, with Red Devils Utd. A fairly even match methinks. The "Mill" remain in 2nd place but level on points now, with The Seg. The "Mill" had a valuble 2-1 win over Livermark. Harricam remain in third, 2 points off the top two teams. Harricam learned a valuble lesson today. Don't back yourself at the bookies if you don't turn up on the field. Subgenius had a fantastic 5-0 win over Lunatic Fringe today. They remain in 5th but are now level on points with 4th placed Livermark. Red Devils Utd remain in sixth. ;) 8)
