Not since 1985 when Luton had stopped the seemingly unstoppable Man U from recording 11 straight victories had we seen anything like this. The Pathetico hoards arrived expecting a walk over against a team in transition to record their 6th straight victory, strangely though it was FC Luton who went in at half time in the ascendancy. However Pathetico upped their game in the second and finally secured the all important breakthrough in the 78th minute through Bart Ender 9, surely that would be it? But no, almost immediately from the restart Pat Tacake stole away from the shackles Madrid had placed on him since he'd came on and chipped a sublime equaliser. The mighty Madrid then spent the remainder of the game chasing the all important winner but it was not to be. The unsavoury scenes at the Road of Kenilworth after the final whistle due to the disgruntled Pathetico so called supporters will not be reported here, suffice to say the town of Luton hasn't seen the like since 85 also......
