Cheers mate.

Hopefully my team will be a bit stronger and I can bounce straight back up next season!

No idea what happened here, I was only losing on tactics for 5 mins.

Granted my players aren't quite as good but I think it still should have been closer.

Can anyone spot something I've missed?

Well yes --- But since you and I are likely to be in direct competition for the next few seasons at least I'll have to stand back (though if anyone else want to help you that's fine and in the spirit of the game). There are reasons I can see (more than one) but learning is part of the (if sometimes painful) fun. ;-)

your player,    J.Czarfunee, is out of position ... he's a central midfielder, you should have used a left midfielder or anyside central midfielder.

this thing, players out of positions, it's the thing that match engine penalize the most

Thanks for the feedback mihai, didn't realise having one player out of position would effect the score so much.

I will get revenge Dave! Look forward to our next encounter!  ;D

Can't wait. Or, given that my squad still has a way to go, can wait ;-)

I would also say that, IMO, the out of position player wasn't your only problem (one that might sort itself out over a few seasons if you don't) but that's for you to consider. :-)

I haven't really looked at the report yet (just because I've been busy with too much other stuff) but you clearly did better than the first match :-)

Promotion is one thing but next season could be hard for the promoted teams (I reckon they will likely be at least one season behind where they might need to be) and survival could depend on others having bad seasons. Have you played in a Prem before?
