Well let's hope his managerial prowess has improved since he was last working in this country lol

I would have preferred Nicky Butt tbh but United confirmed early on that wasn't happening.

So we'll have our Ollie until the end of the season and then Zidane taking over in the Summer. He's left with a right nightmare of a pre-season though.

If I was well enough to work I would have bunged my CV their way, with the work I did on Champ Man I've probably got over a thousand years of managerial experience and I've won every single trophy in the game multiple times.

lol.. your season is down the pan if that's true then.

I'm not convinced by Zidane.. he can't even speak English for a start.. those type of guys never last that long.

I reckon United will try and tempt Poch in the summer… another serial loser.

That most decorated manager does the same thing at every club he joins. He starts his job, wins a trophy or two and then pisses off players, staff and/or board members resulting in his club dropping down the table and getting the sack and a huge pay out.

The board extending his contract was one of the most ridiculous business decisions I've seen at club football, everybody could see this happening a mile away.

Zidane will do fine as long as he's given time. It's going to take him a while to get used to the pace and physicality of the Premiership. Pep had the same problem in his first season.

Hopefully Ollie will start United playing decent football again and let our players off the leash.

Olli's first match managing United. Hopefully we're actually going to play positive attacking football again.

1-4 With a Lingard penalty. Not sure how much contact there was there though.

And Lingard makes it 1-5.

It's kinda weird what happens when a team starts passing forwards instead of sideways and backwards, isn't it? Who knew? Lol  ;D ;D ;D

Well we'll have to wait and see what the table looks like after the Christmas and New Year fixtures ave been played. It was only Ollie's first match and it was only against Cardiff so I'm not getting too carried away. I'm just happy that the players have finally been let off the proverbial leash and are playing attacking football again, they're being given some freedom to express themselves and we're actually passing the ball forward again.
