Team lineup against some Norwegian team I've never heard of in Ollie's home town:

De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Jones, Lindelof, Shaw, Matic, McTominay, James. Lingard, Martial, Rashford

Bench: Romero, Dalot, Rojo, Smalling, Tuanzebe, Young, Pereira, Fred, Gomes, Mata, Pogba, Chong, Greenwood

Probably 4-3-3 with a number 10 again with Matic and McTominay as the central defenders, Lingard as the number 10 and Rashford as the striker with Martial and James on the left and right respectively. I'm expecting those three to switch around though during the match.

Nope. Looks like Martial as the striker and Rashford on the left. I'm happier with that because Martial is the better finisher.

0-0 at halftime, no changes for the second half.

It was all United as expected and some good defending and good goalkeeping from the Norwegian side keeping United out in the first half.

They've played with 11 behind the ball for most of the game and have been poor on the break so far. They did nearly score from a corner just now so they could be dangerous with set pieces.

Ollie's son just stopped Pogba scoring in the last minute!!! :o ;D

And now we've got a penalty in stoppage time!!!

And Mata gets the winner and 5 wins in 5 for Ollie. But only JUST lol ;D

Great performance from them, we had 30 odd attempts on goal and some great defending and some great goalkeeping kept it at 0-0 until injury time.

I reckon a draw would have been a fair result but I'm not complaining. AC Milan next.

Aw, turns out it wasn't Ollie's son it was another 16 year old. A cracking challenge that saved a certain goal though.

Latest transfer news is that we've agreed a swap deal, Lukaku for Dybala. Not sure what that means for Fernandes though. Could mean we won't sign him and will play Dybala as the number 10, could mean we'll sign both and have Fernandes as the number 10 and Dybala wide right or it could mean that Pogba will go, Fernandes will replace Pogba and Dybala as the number 10. Doesn't sound too shabby whichever way it all ends up going.

So here's the options if Dybala is up for joining United and we also manage to sign Maguire and Fernandes:

4-3-3 with a number 10/4-2-3-1:

De Gea

Wan-Bissaka Maguire Lindelof Shaw

McTominay Pogba

Fernandes

Dybala Rashford

Martial

4-3-3 with a number 6:

De Gea

Wan-Bissaka Maguire Lindelof Shaw

Matic/McTominay

Fernandes Pogba

Dybala Martial Rashford

4-4-2 with a diamond:

De Gea

Wan-Bissaka Maguire Lindelof Shaw

Matic/McTominay

Fernandes Pogba

Dybala

Rashford Martial

Now I'm getting excited about it we'll probably see either Lukaku or Dybala not fancying the swap lol  ;D

Bollocks, Spurs are trying to hijack our bid for Fernandes. The most important signing we've had to make in YEARS and Woodward and Judge are dragging their fucking feet. It will be DISASTROUS if we don't end up getting him!!! >:( >:( >:(

Woo hoo!!!

We've just had an £80m/£85m offer accepted by Leicester for Maguire. So subject to a medical he'll be a United player soon. He's not the fastest defender in the world but he reads the game well and will have the protection of Shaw and Wan-Bissaka on the flanks so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

The best thing about him is his slab head, we haven't had a dominant in the air central defender since Vidic left.

So now we've got:

De Gea

Wan-Bissaka Lindelof Maguire Shaw

as our back five. Looks pretty good to me 8)

Next up is Fernandes and Dybala, although Spurs putting in a bid for Fernandes has now upped the price that Sporting will want because they now have to give Fernandes 5m Euros and double his wages. So that means that we'll probably have to offer £5m-£10m more than we were planning to and increase the wages we were planning to give him. >:(

Team news for United against Milan:

De Gea

Wan-Bissaka Lindelof Rojo Shaw

Matic McTominay

Pereira

Mata Martial Rashford

Am expecting things to be going at a snail's pace until we bring Matic off lol ;D

Nice goal from Rashford puts United 1-0 up. If we win by 3 goals or more we'll end up winning this Mickey Mouse competition 8) ;D

Bah! 1-1 now! Nice goal but you'd expect De Gea to save that. :(

Lingard makes it 2-2, nice build up and a nice finish.

2-2 at fulltime so it goes to penalties. Fuck knows why lmfao  ;D

I think it's a 2 point win if you win by penalties and the losing side gets 1 point.

Not that it matters anyway lol  ;D
