This isn't down to Ollie. This is down to the board not supporting Ollie.

Before the transfer window opened EVERYONE knew that Ollie needed a center back, a left back, a defensive midfielder, an attacking midfielder, a right winger and a striker.

Now with COVID-19 you can understand not getting all of these players needed, plus signing too many is asking for trouble. So realistically you'd expect the board to sign the most important player first - a left footed center back with pace, a left back, an attacking midfielder and a right winger.

4 players.

And we've only got one so far.

Woodward and Judge, as well as the entire fucking board, have been an absolute disgrace.

United have only signed ONE player so far with the transfer window closing tomorrow, and we're about to sign Cavani on a free, who's nearly 34 years old on a two year contract for £220,000 per week and paying hid agent €15m for the privilege 😲

You really couldn't make this shit up 😲

Ollie is NOT to blame for this. The biard are.

You've also got to have ghe ref taking a fair bit of responsibility for this too. It was either two red cards or two yellow cards. A single red card was the WRONG decision and completely changed what was an even open game in Spurs' favour.

Deluded Harv, you said many times during last season that if you had Fernandes at the start - you'd probably be challenging for the title  ;D  ;D then, at the back end of last season that if you sign Sancho you'd expect a title push.. now you need 6 players all of a sudden??   ;D ;D

Ole, now clear favourite on every bookmakers site to be the first manager to be sacked...  ;D ;D

Also, a single red card was not the wrong decision, Lamela was tussling.. probably a bit forceful and could argue a yellow card.. but Martial raised his hands and slapped - instant red card - ref got it right.

The difference is that other sides have improved their squads more than we have. We've only signed van de Beek so far, Telles will be a good signing but signing Cavani and Dembele will be a mistake.

Cavani is nearly 34 years old and hasn't played a full season for two years and Dembele has hamstrings made of glass.

We'll still end up with one of the best defensive records in the Premier League this season, despite the bad start, but the signings we're thinking of making won't increase our goal tally that much.

Signing Dembele in particular is going to be a disaster.

I didn’t see it before as I didn’t take that much attention to the league above sitting in the Championship the last 16 years. But I gotta agree that this is all the boards doing at Man Utd.

No investment isn’t gonna to lead to any improvement for any manager. Also Ole isn’t the right man for a club like Man Utd anyway in my opinion, I don’t believe a player would want to come to Man Utd to play for him to lift there game or anything, but a player would go there for the money obviously. However, Ole hasn’t even got the support of the board, otherwise they would have made more than one signing this summer.

I can’t see Man Utd having one of the best defences in the prem this season Harv, you were very exposed at the back yesterday before the red card even came out, It wouldn’t shock me if Man Utd didn’t qualify for Europe in any form this season.

Could be a weird season since no one got a proper pre-season this year, and of course the loss of revenue to clubs like Man Utd could really change football.

So far for United are transfer dealings are looking like this:

INS

van de Beek
Cavani
Telles
Traore

OUTS

Sanchez
Dalot (loan)
Pereira (loan)
Chongy (loan)
Smalling

Shame that we couldn't get rid of Pereira and Dalot permanently.

Getting rid of Sanchez was great, freed up £400,000 per week of wages but the board have managed to completely fuck up that benefit by giving Cavani half of those wages.

I'm glad to hear that the Dembulance loan deal is off, that was NEVER going to be a good idea.

I can see things really kicking off with some of the fans over the way they've completely screwed Ollie over this Summer.

Probably a good job that these games are being played behind closed doors now that I'm thinking about it.

Smalling isn't done yet. Some sort of problem with the paperwork apparently.

Ed Woodward is a fucking CLOWN 🤡

He's gone now.

I can't believe that they've given Cavani the number 7 shirt.

I'm fucking FUMING about this transfer window.

I can see Woodward needing police protection after all this.

Loads of changes for United against the Geordies:

De Gea

Wan-Bissaka Lindelof Maguire Shaw

Fred McTominay

Mata Fernandes James

Rashford

Rashford up front and no Greenwood at all so he must be injured.
