  FL1.

  Just one team with 100% record and that is Angel Rrrrs who won 3 - 1 today against Ogres who have yet to gain a point this season.Rathpeacon er Rathpeacon keep second place after being held to a 1 - 1 draw against FC Town of Luton. Park My Seagull won 2-1 at    Realale Madrid and are third.     Super Imps moved up to fourth with a 2-0 win at Aten warriors.

  FL2

  Two 100% teams head the table so far:- The Pompey Chimes who won 2 - 0 against Aston Villains and Fools United who won 2 - 0 against   Betty Swollocks XI. Rapid Lisboa are third on goal difference after winning 2 - 0 against CORINTHIAN CLOWNS and  fourth place Mmmrs Phoenix Pigs won 2-0 at SL Benfica.  There are just two teams yet to win a point:-     Betty Swollocks XI and SL Benfica.

  FL3.

  Hunt Park Rovers won 1 - 0 against Beeky Blinders and are the only FL3. team with 100% record. Team Logan John moved up to second with a 4-0 win at Tunneltiger. The Red Dragon won 4-1 at The KC Shuffle and are third.     DidierDrogbaFanClub move up to fourth with a 3 - 0 win against Melchester Rovers FC.  There are just two teams with no points so far:- CS Dunarea Giurgiu and Tunneltiger.

  FL4.

  Two 100% teams here:- Port Morrow who won 2 - 0 against Subgenius and  South Shields who won 3 - 1 against Dullahan Hill United.     Poachers FC moved up to third after being held to a goalless draw by Pilsners of Belgium. Subgenius are down to fourth.  There is just     Texas Oldham with no points so far.

  Rathpeacon take over top spot on goal difference with a 8-0 win against Ogres.  The last 100% record goes as Angel Rrrrs were held to a goalless draw at fourth place Park My Seagull. Super Imps climbed into the top three with a 3-0 win at Hoarse Whisperers.

  FL2.

  All three teams now at the top have ten points.:-  The Pompey Chimes shared a goalless draw with Surreal Madrid.  Mmmrs Phoenix Pigs go second on goal difference with a 1-0 win at Rapid Lisboa. Fools United are down to third after being held to a goalless draw at fourth place Aston Villains.

  FL3.

  DidierDrogbaFanClub won 1 - 0 against Team Logan John and take top spot.   Hunt Park Rovers are down to second after losing 1-0 against  Spartak. The Seg  are now third after winning 4-1 at Melchester Rovers FC. World United F.C won 3 - 1 against Tunneltiger and are fourth.

  FL4.

  Port Morrow and South Shields both make it four wins out of the first four games. Port Morrow won 3-0 at Dundee Utd and South Shields won 2-0 at Pilsners of Belgium.  Two points behind in third place,   Poachers FC won 3 - 0 against Corinthian Casuals. Subgenius won 2-1 at    The REAL Madrid and are fourth.

I can't believe it. I will end up in the bottom half of the table as normal but I'll enjoy this while it lasts. I really thought i'd go down to FL2 this season but these 10 points are a great start.

Kushberry F.C go second after winning 2 - 0 against old rivals, Jellybellies.  Eamonns  Rathpeacon are toppled down to third after losing 4-0 against Steaua Sudului.  Still without a point at the bottom, Ogres lost 1-0 at third from bottom, Aten warriors.  Surprising to see next to bottom, Wizards who lost 2-0 against CSKA Sofia.  Also surprising to see  Hoarse Whisperers just one point above the drop zone.

  FL2.

  The top two both win again and open up a three point gap from third place.  Heading the table  with goal difference The Pompey Chimes won 2 - 0 against next to bottom, White hart lane. Mmmrs Phoenix Pigs won 1-0 at third placed, Fools United. HH Beticos are just one point short of the top three. At the bottom,    Betty Swollocks XI lost 2-0 at SL Benfica.  The Rumour Mill drew 2 - 2 with Surreal Madrid.  Harricam  Wanderers are just above the drop zone by goal difference.

  FL3.

  DidierDrogbaFanClub are one point ahead after winning 3 - 1 against The Red Dragon. The Seg won 3 - 0 against Spartak and are now second.  Hunt Park Rovers are now third after sharing a goalless draw with fourth place World United F.C. Tunneltiger and    CS Dunarea Giurgiu still have no points at the bottom. Melchester Rovers FC have one point and Red Stars are three points above the bottom three.

  FL4.

  Top two win again and are two points in front of third.  Port Morrow won 3 - 0 against bottom place Corinthian Casuals. South Shields won  2- 0 against Pipick City.  Third place, Poachers FC won 2 - 1 against Texas Oldham. Subgenius and Steel City Blades are three points short of the top three. Give and Go FC are next to bottom with one point, Texas Oldham and Dundee Utd have three points.

Friendly League Day 6

And so as we now get used to the new normal, the normal in The Friendly League has never changed. A band of brothers and sisters who clash daily and who in the very nature of football strive for success. The Friendly League has opened its arms to new and returning teams which has increased the competitiveness through all divisions, which makes it the greatest competition on the game.

So we are 6 days into the challenge, 6 days into our quest for glory and 6 days into realising our dreams, so how do the leagues look 6 days into the competition.

FL1 - Imps In Super Form

Defending champion Super Imps lead the division by 1 point after they battled past FC Town of Luton winning 1-0. Kushberry are 2nd 1 point back after they had to dig deep to defeat Realale Madrid 1-0. Rathpeacon got back into the winning ways after a fine 4-0 victory over Aten Warriors to leave them 2 points off of the summit.


FL2 - Chimes Still In Their Pomp

The Pompey Chimes lead the division by 2 points after a hard fought 1-0 win over The Rumour Mill. Mmmrs Phoenix Pigs are looking for a immediate return to the top table and sit 2nd after a 1-1 draw against midtable Blue Meanies. Fools Utd were the standout performer of the day after an eye catching 12-0 win over White hart lane to move into 3rd 3 points back.


FL3 - Drog Fans Can't Get Enough Right Now

DidierDrogbaFanClub are showing their freshness right now, the team are performing well above expectations and the manager Steven Murray although trying to keep things low key is well aware that The FanClub are on fire right now. Murrays men lead the division by 3 points after a fine 3-0 win over Liverwood Luddites. World's Utd are 2nd and Hunt Park Rovers are 3rd both 3 points back after easing to victories over Spartak and Red Stars.


FL4 -  Port Morrow Give Opponents A GOing Over

Port Morrow lead the division on goal difference after they eased past fellow newcomers Give and Go FC 4-1. South Shields return to the league has seen them hit their stride early and they sit 2nd after a 3-0 win over returning england. Poachers FC make up the top 3 4 points back of the leaders after they were held to a goalless draw by Subgenius.

  FL1.

  Quite a turnaround at the top today. Kushberry F.C go one point clear at the top with a 2 - 0 win against next to bottom, Aten warriors.  Rathpeacon are back up to second with goal difference   after winning 2 - 1 against fourth from bottom, Realale Madrid.  Super Imps were held to a 1-1 draw at CSKA Sofia and are down to third. Ogres are still without a point at the bottom. Wizards are third from bottom after sharing a 1-1 draw with fourth place, Angel Rrrrs

  FL2.

  The Pompey Chimes keep their two point lead at the top with a 3 - 0 win against Under the Radar FC. Mmmrs Phoenix Pigs keep up the chase after a 2 - 0 win against third from bottom, HarriCam Wanderers. Red Star Knights enter the top three with a 1 - 0 win against Rapid Lisboa. Fools United tumbled out of the top three after being held to a 1 - 1 draw by HH Beticos. Betty Swollocks XI remain at the bottom with one point. The Rumour Mill have three points and White hart lane are three points above the bottom three.

  FL3.

  DidierDrogbaFanClub keep their three point lead at the top with a 5 - 1 win against next to bottom, CS Dunarea Giurgiu. The Seg are now second after winning 7 - 0 against bottom team Tunneltiger. World United F.C won 2-0 at third from bottom, Melchester Rovers FC but are down to third with goal difference.  CSI-Thanet are two points short of the top three. Red Stars are three points above the bottom three.

  FL4.

   Port Morrow and South Shields both keep their 100% records and have now opened a seven point gap over third place Poachers FC who lost 2-0 against Steel City Blades. Pilsners of Belgium are fourth with goal difference.

Tunneltiger still have to gain their first point of the season. Melchester Rovers FC have one point and CS Dunarea Giurgiu have three points. Red Stars are one point above the bottom three.

  100%'rs    Port Morrow and South Shields have a nine point lead over third place Pilsners of Belgium. Poachers FC are one point short of the top three. Dundee Utd are bottom with three points.  england have four points and Texas Oldham have six points.

  Mmmrs Phoenix Pigs now head the table on goal difference after being held to a 1-1 draw at third place The Pompey Chimes.  Red Star Knights slip between those two into second place with a 3 - 0 win against HH Beticos. Aston Villains are just one point short of the top three.  Betty Swollocks XI remain bottom.  The Rumour Mill next to bottom and  HarriCam Wanderers  third from bottom. White hart lane are now just one point above the bottom three.

  FL3.

  The top three all win so positions stay the same. DidierDrogbaFanClub won 7 - 0 against Spartak. World United F.C won 3 - 0 against  The Blurred Crusade and    The Seg won 2-0 at Hunt Park Rovers. CSI-Thanet are three points short of the top three. Tunneltiger stay bottom.   Melchester Rovers FC next to bottom and  CS Dunarea Giurgiu third from bottom.  Red Stars are two points above the bottom three.

  FL4.

  Once again the top two keep their 100% records. Port Morrow won 2-0 at Poachers FC and South Shields won 4-0 at bottom placed Dundee Utd. Twelve points behind in third place, Subgenius won 2-0 at fourth place, Pilsners of Belgium.    england remain next to bottom and     Give and Go FC are now in the bottom three.

Angel Rrrrs lost 1-0 at Jellybellies and are down to third on goal difference,  Steaua Sudului are now fourth, three points short of the top three.  The bottom two both lost and Brazilian Piggys drop into the bottom three, three points short of safety.

  The top four all won today and there is a six point gap between fourth and fifth places. Mmmrs Phoenix Pigs won 1 - 0 against next to bottom, The Rumour Mill. Red Star Knights won 4 - 1 against CORINTHIAN CLOWNS. The Pompey Chimes won 2 - 0 against Blue Meanies and Aston Villains won 3 - 0 against Under the Radar FC.

  FL3.

  World United F.C slipped down to third after losing 1-0 at league leaders DidierDrogbaFanClub. The Seg won 1 - 0 against Team Logan John  and move into second place. CSI-Thanet remain fourth.

  FL4.   

  Top two both win and South Shields go top.  It is going to be a ticket sellout for tomorrow's top of the table 100%'rs "Match of the Day" when Port Morrow travel to South Shields. Subgenius are third just one point in front of    Poachers FC.

I was looking forward to a close match to see how my team would measure up, against arguably the favourite to win the league. Maybe next time out.

Still a long way to go and a lot of games to play though, FL4 is a tough league, it will be interesting to see how the rest of the season pans out.
