Does the sides finishing 3rd in TCL groups drop into TEL KO stages? Asking for a friend . . . 
Not 100% sure, but 99% is going to yes, 3rd will go to TEL Ko rounds.
1 day left in TCL, did some calculations and there are some games to watch this afternoon games:

Group A:
All games played. Great Yarmouth Town and CSKA Sofia will advance to the KO rounds. CSI-Westgate on Sea ends in 3rd.
Group B:
All games played. LiveSea and Beeky Blinders are on top with equal points, but LiveSea have the better goal difference.
Group C:
1 game left between 1st place Realale Madrid and last place UNIV. CRAIOVA. Can UNIV. take the 3rd place on the last day, or will Realale finish the group strong with another win.
Aston Villains will be supporting for Realale Madrid today.
Group D:
1 game left, but there won't be any changes in places. Super Imps and Ogres will go further in TCL. Hoarse Whisperers finish in 3rd.
Group E:
Top 2 are South Shields and Aten Warriors. Both having 12 points. But the Shields have scored 1 goal more.
3rd place will be decided today between Wizards and Fulhams Finest. Fulhams Finest will need a win to jump to 3rd place. Wizards have enough with a draw.
Group F:
jellybellies dominate this group, the only team in TCL to have won all games till now.
1 game left today that will decide who will be 2nd and who will be 3rd.
Purple Gelato will face the strong Jellybellies. If they can draw or more, they'll take the 2nd place.
Fools United, now in 2nd place, will be cheering hard for the Jellybellies to play there best game today.
Group G:
Top 2 is decided already, only the pickorder might change after today as they both play eachother.
FC Town of Luton has a 3 point and 6 goal difference advantage over Parma Violets.
Parma Violets will need a win with 4 GD to take 1st place.
CSI-Margate finishes the group in 3rd.
Group H:
1 Big game left todat between The Borg and Kushberry F.C
Kushberry is already sure they'll finish in 1st place.
The Borg will go in this game as 3rd placed team, but only 2 points behind 2nd place Harricam Wanderers.
The Borg need a win against Kushberry to take this 2nd place and go on in TCL.
Harricam will be rooting for Kushberry as they hope to finish 2nd in this group.
