UCB 26 Table


C3 and C1 both score 9 points today. Keeping the gap between 1st and 2nd 5 points. C2 is closing in on the pair after scoring 24/24 in the last 2 days! They are only 2 points behind C1 in 2nd place.
The top 3 looks decided already after 5 days played. But in what order will they end.

Best performers today are C2 with 12 points.
Worst performers today is C5 & C8 with 1 point.

Another strong day from our table leaders C3, scoring their 3rd 12/12 already in 6 days.
C2 closes the gap to C1 in 2nd place, and having a better goal difference, also take the 2nd place at this moment. C8 is in 4th, but already 19 points short of the top 3.

Parma Violets keep going strong, scoring 18/18. Can they finish the first half of the season with all wins?
Jellybellies is in 2nd, having only drew 1 game, and won all the rest.
3rd  place is shared between 4 teams with 15 points.  All still very close in the top 10.

Halfway in this competition, and C3 is in 1st place. Having only lost 3 games and 1 draw, showing how strong this conference is. C1 is going strong aswell, but because of the dominance of C3, they are 10 points behind.
C2 took 5 points today, but because both C1 & C3 took the maximum of 12/12 they are 17 points behind 1st place.
C1 & C2 will need a perfect second half of the competition if they want to challenge C3 for this years UCB, because it doesn’t look like C3 will be giving away any gifts.

In 4th place we find C8. Being 20 points behind 3rd and 10 points ahead of 5th.
Place 5th-8th are going into the last 7 games very close with each other. Only 6 points separate these 4 conferences. None of them want to finish last.

Worst performers today is C5 with 0 points.

Parma Violets have a perfect score the first half of the season. 21/21! They can’t slow down now, because Super Imps, Hoarse Whisperers, Kushberry F.C and wizards follow 3 points behind.

UCB 27 Home Games

Parma Violets have played all there 7 games at Home already, but won them all. Giving this team a reputation every team wants.

Wizards are playing strong away from home. 5 games played, and won all 5. The 2 remaining teams they’ll face will be scared when they see Globus his squad coming to visit for a football game.
Kushberry F.C are also doing super away from home. Played 4 games and won them all 4.

Super Imps and Jellybellies have both scored 16 goals in this competition, making them the top scoring squads. But a few teams are following closely.
Attackers win games, Defenders win championships. Parma Violets show that is sentence is more then true. Having ‘only’ scored 10 games they are just in the top 10 of goal scoring teams. But they have conceded 0 Goals doing this! Will their defence hold the second half of this UCB, or will there be a team capable of finding a gap in this strong wall, time will tell.

No 12/12 for any conference today. C1 came close, scoring 10 points. Meaning they are now 6 points behind 1st place C3. C2 are 16 points behind 1st. They will need a couple of perfect days to challenge for the win.

C1 and C3 both had their worst day in this seasons UCB. C3 scored 5 points, and C1 6 points, showing how high their performance is this season.
C3 remains in 1st place, but C1 is slowly closing the gap. Now 5 points behind. C2 also took 6 points today, so they stay 10 points behind C1 in 3rd place.
With 5 days to go, can C3 hold on to their lead?

C3 are comfortable first, but they still need to perform, because there are still 36 points to be won.

2 days left this seasons UCB, and I will go between C3 and C1. C2 is 24 points behind C3 and can only win the UCB on paper if they score max points, and C1 and C3 have 2 terrible days.
After scoring 12/12 today, C1 closes the gap to 7 points. C3 still has a comfortable gap, but can they play as good under pressure as they are performing this season?

C1 and C3 won’t face each other anymore, so C1 will be hoping other conferences will help them to close the gap. C3 hopes to end strong. C1 won last season UCB with 124 points. C3 will be looking to beat this score, as they only need 12 more points for this.

Aten Warriors are they only team in the top 10 not from C1, C2 or C3. Showing how strong these 3 conferences are this season.
After a long time, Parma Violets are not anymore in 1st place. Kushberry F.C and Hoarse Whisperers share the first place with 30 points. Kushberry has the better goal difference. Super Imps follow in 3rd place.
1st place till 7th place are only 3 points difference, so whoever want to be on top of the total table will probably need to finish with a 6/6.

UCB 27 Home games


Parma Violets were on top after 7 days, so no changes here. Aten Warriors had also a strong home run this seasons UCB, only losing 1 game.
Pilsners of Belgium might go equal with Parma Violets after having played 5 games and won all 5. Super Imps are having a strong home run also after 5 games played, won 4 and 1 draw.

UCB 27 Away games


Kushberry F.C and Wizards are very strong away from home. Having won 6 out of 7 games played shows their team strength.
Hoarse Whisperers might even do better at the end of the season, having won all their 5 games played away from home and not conceding a goal doing so

UCB 27 Extra Stats


Kushberry F.C his forwards are on fire, having found the net 30 times already. Home or Away doesn’t matter for them, having scored 14 at home and 16 away. Showing there attacking playstyle might be the reason they are on top of our table.

Our other team at the top of the table, Hoarse Whisperers, show that they perform so well because of a well organised defence. Having the most clean sheets, 10 in total out of 12 games played! They also have the least goals against. Only 2.
Will Kushberry F.C’s attacking playstyle or Hoarse Whisperers defensive approach be the key to success for this seasons UCB? Or will a 3rd dog walk away with the bone. We will know in 2 days.

1 day left and C3 has a 8 point gap to C1 in second place. They need 5 points tomorrow to be sure to win this season UCB, but then C1 needs to have a perfect day. C3 also has a better goal difference.
C2 will finish 3rd, completing the podium positions.

Congratulations to C3 for winning this seasons UCB!! Great Yarmouth Town, Wizards, Hoarse Whisperers and Parma Violets have represented their conference very strong with a total of 127 points.
C1 finishes 2nd 8 points behind. Never been capable of closing the gap to C3, but were always in a solid 2nd place.
C2 completes the top 3 with 105 points. They also had a very solid performance, and stayed close to the top spot, but couldn’t challenge C3 till the last days. Still scoring 100+ points is a strong performance.

Best performers today are C2 and C7 with 12 points.
Worst performers today is C4 with 0 points.

The winners of the groups are Great Yarmouth Town(C3), Kushberry F.C(C2), Hoarse Whisperers(C3) and Super Imps(C1). A very good job too these teams.

Kushberry F.C is this seasons best performing team. Habind only lost 2 games, and won all the rest they finish In 1st with 36 points. Hoarse Whisperers are 2 points behind in 2nd, and Super Imps complete the top 3 with 32 points and a better goal difference then 4th placed Pilsners of Belgium.
Place 5 till 8 all have 31 points, showing how strong the top teams performed this season.

Parma Violets are the only team to have a perfect score at their own home field. Winning all 7 games and not conceding a goal doing so.

Well done to C3 for winning this seasons UCB. Top performance from all 4 participants.
Dominated from the beginning so it is much deserved.

Happy to have been the best team overall with my Kushberry franchise.
I tend to do quite well with them in the UCB for an odd reason but I'll take it.
