I've given up with the league this season. I've been killed with random red cards which have just cost me stupid games that I shouldn't have lost.

I never complain about games where I've lost to Marv, Jon or Davy deservedly and even post on here apologising when I luck out in games like I have done on occasion this season against Dave. Just infuriating when you lose a game because your player gets a straight red for "being drunk".

Still got the ICC semi-finals and quarters of the Elite Cup to go for mind you so not all doom and gloom.

Only time will tell Ag but we may have unearthed another.

That being said there are clearly players who are more prone to being sent off, I think it's worth getting rid of them straight away regardless of the attributes.

 Mooey seems to have improved after a month's retreat with The Daoist Monks. The Abbot renamed him St. Mooey the Good, and by and large he has been behaving himself. Fingers crossed.

Tight at the top between Jon and Marv, just goal difference between you two. On that note, seeing as you're likely to win a league of some sort, wouldn't it be fairer to let me beat the Bensons next week Jon and bring the ICC to C2?

Glastonbury for me this weekend - although I've snagged EE corporate access so should be all good to keep the team managed at least.

Thank god EE listened to the requests of the fan club and got a result against the Donks.. given me that bit of breathing room. Dave if you could pull a result out tonight that'd be great!

It's funny how this game engine works. I forget tactics against dave's flashearts yesterday in champion of champions and as a result played pansy with a nutter or psycho ref and passing on a wet rainy day and won 2-1, and sorted full tactics today and lost  weird.. close overall tactics in both games. Oh well!!

8 awols/injuries yesterday completely put pay to any chances of a top 3 finish. Still have the ICC and Elite Cup to play for.

Dissapointed still to be being tripped up by my bogey team hh beticos 2 games ago, really frustrating how they turn up against me every time 

But happy to have stuck 6 past an Icc opponent last night to help the goal difference which it could all come down to between me and the Donks...

Well done Chazz, three teams from 1-1-1 made the semis and the one team from Conference 2 romps home! Commiserations to Jon but a great road to the final as well for the Seg!

Thanks guys, my first major since being back so I'm chuffed - first time i've won the ICC as well. Just leaves the Elite Cup as the only trophy (CS, EC, ICC + X-1-1) I haven't won at some point in the game. Commiserations Jon, game was pretty even throughout.

Shows just how tough 2-1-1 is though, think only 1-1-1 and 8-1-1 rival it now. Good luck guys for the rest of the season (except Dave and the Flashhearts on Friday night in the Elite Cup)
