Blimey,

I've got the pycho team coming up soon, just before my CS quarter final and IC final, he took half my squad out last time, if he does it again I can't see me winning the ICC or progressing in the CS. I think I'll play all my reserves....... ;D ;D ;D

Squad rotation is the key. That's why I most of the times use subs. So when things like these happen my 2nd team players will still have some gelling with them.
In my opinion and with my experience, I believe that gelling is a very important factor and some managers may under estimate this.

Good luck though Deca, bring some silverware back to C2 :D

That would be my fault on both counts  ;) I've been away for a week in a cottage that said had wifi but didn't so I've not been able to log on too long no 3G but there's a pub down the road with Wi-Fi so that was a good excuse don't think the wife was to suspicious when I said I get the papers every morning but it must have looked a little weird me stood outside the pub everyday on my phone  :)

As for Conference 2 Brads I think your got that in the bag you'd have to lose 3 or 4 games for me to stand a chance and that ain't going to happen unless you want the address of a nice cottage in the Peak District  ;)
