Alot of crazy talk about Real Madrid tonight. I think the main and best bet for me tonight is United to qualify @ 11/10. I just don't get it. A team 12 points clear in the premier league, in great form, Already has a crucial away goa,. At home. 11/10 compared to Madrid's 4/6 to qualify. Crazy Crazy. When Real Madrid don't turn up their terrible. When United don't turn up their capable of still turning out results. 1/2 for both to score is to short IMO. 11/10 United to qualify. Get on!

I'll make a note of that one should I ?  ;)

Both teams to score at an aggregate score of 1-1.. well it certainly wasnt going to be a 0-0 last night.. so whoever scored first - means the other team has to pile everything forward otherwise they are going out.. and both teams have great attacking threats - I thought the odds were decent myself.

Also had a sneaky Ronaldo to score anytime bet before kick-off which was at evens...  good evenings work!

Decided to have a little run on the Confederations Cup... trying to get to £1000 before I withdraw.

Started with £20 on Brazil to beat Japan + Neymar anytime scorer @ 6/4 - returned £50
Stuck the £50 on an Italy + Spain double - returned £177
Stuck the £177 on Nigeria -2 (was the only game to bet on!) - returned £266

Next games are on Wednesday I think.

Christ Italy decided to make hard work of that! Stuck the 266 on a Brazil/Italy double and it returned 567... just. Giovinco with an 86th minute winner.

Its what we call in the business as "doing a harv"  :P  ;D  If you win, brag about it afterwards, if you lose, don't say a word.

Nice Kenny.. I was thinking of doing an Italy win last night.. just couldn't be arsed.  Spain should beat Tahiti quite easily.. Nigeria vs Uruguay will be a harder one to pick although I'd fancy Uruguay to win

That's extremely unlilkely though deals as the odds would have been about 50/1 for 4-3. My bet was a little over evens, which is the same as most bets I put on. Big stakes and low risk is the easiest way to make money in football I find since it's so unpredictable. Fortunately in this Confederations Cup the favourites have won everytime so far!

Today I'm looking at Uruguay + Suarez anytime at 2/1. Difficult to find any value at all in the Spain/Tahiti game... even Spain at -7 is 4/6!  :o

The way I've posted those wins it looks like I'm trying to make myself out to be some gambling guru. I'm really not lol. I'm probably down a bit overall (mostly thanks to blackjack which I lost about £200 on a few months ago, never playing it again!!!) to the bookies but it's always nice when you have a little run of wins.

Bugger it. Stuck 100 on Spain -8 at 11/10. If they turn up it's very possible - Tahiti have been beaten 10-0 and 9-0 by New Zealand and Australia in recent years! Don't trust Uruguay enough to get them involved.

Nice call Kenny, Tahiti were so bad that even Torres got 4 !!

What's even more surprising is that JOM scored for Nigeria.. lol.. that truly is a once in a blue moon kind of thing.

Did you see his goal!? I was like O-M-G! Why does he never do that for Chelsea?!

Cambridge vs Halifax is on at the moment, Halifax are down to 9 men, at 1-1 Cambridge with a -2 Handicap was 23/10 on Paddy Power. I would have took it but I bottled it haha. There 2-1 now, with the second half to play...maybe a chance missed, but meh...
