Just a thought.... if you have 8 teams who are willing to play TEL, we can do a 16 KO with the other 8 teams being 3rd place from each TCL group.

Would be a shame if we can't do it but understandable if not enough interest.

I have about 13 but I am still waiting on Nish's Yellow Star for the TCL Group GH to enter. so one will probably need moving up. I am going to offer it to the next person. Then maybe can do a free PL league for the TEL with top 8 of 12 qualifying for the KOs.
